As a dullard, I'm happy to fund such wondrous but poor people as they produce much more value than they cost in education and then we dullards tax their future income thereby getting our money back as well as enjoying the dams, railways, roads, sewerage, telecommunications and Hubble imaging and magnetic resonance imaging that they invent and produce. Unfortunately, the racists have dulled that original agreement among the young intelligent, the unintelligent workers and the taxation authorities.
Instead of spending the money on the Ashkenazi Jews and other highly intelligent people who will produce huge value, the money is frittered away on barely capable Negroes simply to make up some silly quota.
As a tax-paying dullard, I'd prefer if ALL the money went to Ashkenazi Jews and none to immigrant or other Asians, Negroes, Euros, and other varieties as I'm interested in bang for buck, not ethnic balance. Horses for courses. If I'm organizing a basketball or sprinting team, I will probably hire no Ashkenazi Jews or Asians, though the odd freak will get in to what will likely be an all-Negro team [judging by what happens already]. If I want weight lifters, I will select from the race of short, wide-boned, muscular who have obviously descended from the gorilla DNA rather than the tall skinny races who I will select from for high-jumping.
Student loans or corporate sponsorship are better than free opm from politicians given out to their favourites. Those with talent can borrow money and become indentured serfs. In 1986, I advocated that BP should set up educational and research centres in China, selecting IQ180 12 year old girls and boys for free education in things related to BP's investments because there were a billion people going to waste in rice paddies and hutongs. Johns Hopkins university has for decades run their talent quest for 12 year olds to be inducted into their system. As the cigarette companies know, you have to get them while they're young. Johns Hopkins used SAT which back then was not being destroyed by racism - the results were intended to measure intellectual horsepower. Now SAT is being ruined to try to create ethnic balance.
