Quite frankly, I think the Y2K story is over, and the stocks will just drift slowly down from here.

The true believers will continue babbling amongst themselves for years to come....maybe even after 2000. Once they realize that the world is not coming to an end on Jan. 1 2000, I predict they will come up with some variant of the "cascading failure scenario" which will cause computers to crash in later years due to "delayed" millenirm bugs.
