RNA is just copied from portions of DNA.

To put it simply: before there was DNA the RNA just carried it's own instructions. Since it was more error prone it was limited to shorter sequences. There are more than one molecule that falls under the heading of RNA.

cytoplasm doesn't make proteins.
Cytoplasm is an environment, it happens to be the environment where proteins are made in current life. All you need to do is inject some mRNA. A modern cell needs the cellular liquids for transport, tRNA to collect amino acids, energy producing organelles, and more. You need more than the noodles, you need the whole soup. Let me emphasize, that is what is needed for modern cells. If you want to switch the discussion back to origins of life you are necessarily discussing a different recipe.

RNA doesn't code, it is coded
rRNA codes.
mRNA is coded,
tRNA carries amino acids.

If you want to nitpick at the criticisms then it is time to be more precise about the complex meaning of RNA.

RNA only chemicals?
I could probably rephrase that. Most modern cells do not contain things like reverse transcriptase. It is likely that this chemical/process was used an error correcting mechanism before DNA provided a better solution.
