I think that is the fallacy called "Begging the Question".

This isn't nitpicking ... it's being accurate.

Seems like nitpicking, What I meant by "rRNA codes" is that the rRNA is the molecule that puts the protein together (i.e. processes the code). I suspect you could infer that but used the fallacy of equivocation to take the verb "code" from the context in which it was used and produced an argument in which you define code as something more similar to "programming, or creating codes". That's not a very interesting argument.
