Here's the Lambda Physik web site... It looks like they represent themselves as the leader in Excimer lasers etc.. They have more experience but probably hate the fact that CYMER as taken over. They mention they doubled their facilities, but it looks like they now have less then 20,000sq? What does CYMER have - 300,000 combined or something? CYMER said Lambda Physik was their greatest competitor. I can't even say their name, it's probably hurting business. How about "Lasers-R-Us". cohr.com Aloha
