Don't worry about Russia and Putin. The old days of women having 10 children each have long gone. There are not millions of men with no room for them at home being sent over the horizon to expand empire or at least stop the oncoming neighbouring tribes from expanding their's.

The Ukrainian skirmishing is just a rearguard action tidying up after the highly civilized Gorby refused to go the murderous route to keeping the USSR intact.

Victoria Nuland and the NATO crazies were over-doing it and Putin and Russia have been forced to tidy up the mess. The violent overthrow of the elected president is reasonably reversed.

The Euroserfs can't even be bothered getting jobs below the minimum pay rate so they are not going to be interested in being turned into soldiers and sent to their deaths in some absurd replay of geopolitical grandiosity and megalomania.

Obama and Putin are not interested in a nuclear war over Ukraine being sorted out into a semblance of sense.

The USA has had decades to revamp the UN into a more rational political federalism than the world war II victor's club as it was formed. It's a bit silly to go on about the UN when Russia, one of the founders, is obviously not agreeing with the other partners to the UN: <Obama made vague references to further measures should Russia march deeper into Ukraine, while still emphasizing the centrality of international law, international norms and international institutions such as the United Nations.>

The UN needs a reconstitution, but with highly circumscribed powers as we do not want a replay of the USA federalism being turned into a burgeoning Big Brother of Orwellian totalitarianism. All power flows from Washington now in the USA federal system. What a nightmare that would be in a UN scenario.

Meanwhile, Putin should put Victoria Nuland in her place along with the criminals in Ukraine. He should back the Prosecutie in Crimea. Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nuland needs to get a job more suited to her talents.

Victoria Nuland:

The Ukrainian criminals have already lost the propaganda war. They will soon lose the physical war too. Mr Ponytail [the Ukrainian thug] will get his comeuppance. Drag him before the Prosecutie: infowars.com
