I used to think the BB and pink sheets were pretty much the same thing, however they differ dramatically. MSYS has been delisted from the NASDAQ for a while- Every bulletin Board stock has been either delisted from the NASDAQ or doesn't meet their requirements. However quotes for BB stocks are available openly and trading is organized, where Pink sheet companies are listed in book form only and from what I understand are not traded openly;and accurate, current quotes are very difficult to find. As they said in the CNBC report Internet and other electronic quotes and info are not availiable for pink sheets. To sum up this is not the place to be.
MSYS may be both a BB stock and in the Pink Sheets, However if they were just in the Pink Sheets we wouldn't have much more than a name, address, phone #, and a inaccurate qoute
The goal in moving some of these stocks to the pink sheets is to get them out of the hands of fraudulant market makers who illegally manipulate these companies and to force out financial conditions of co's to their shareholders.

If anyone can clarify more, please do-I'm still hazy on this issue
