Interesting that the investment and business opporunities are both from unnamed "foreign" individuals.,

what have I been saying all along, those ASIANS want that water, they are willing to pay DEARLY for it, for without it their polluted supllies WILL KILL thier people, but now you would have me believe water is not as necessary as a zip drive, GROW UP!
