>> You cannot use one person to prove anything about a group. You should know that! He is an outlier.! statistically speaking.

You have committed multiple logical fallacies (confused reasoning) with that statement that any well-informed person should be aware of. Most importantly, the so-called "bandwagon" fallacy, in which one tries to validate or support a position by the fact that many other people do it.

You have also fallen victim to the so-called "composition/division" fallacy. That is, assuming that something which is true about one part of it (Scientists who are Democrats are highly intelligent) thus it is true for all parts of it (therefore, all Democrats are highly intelligent).

There are others but I'll stop here. The point is your argument is just not valid at all.

No, he is not an outlier. Other members of that group (Democrats) include these:

youtube.com

youtube.com

youtube.com

youtube.com

>> Most of them are conservative. That guy probably is.

Hank Johnson support the Obama stimulus, opposed the Iraq War, and has taken other extremist positions. He is NOT a conservative.

He is a stupid Democrat. There are stupid Republicans, too. Which is the point. One's intellect cannot be inferred from one's political leanings.

>> It is a matter of probability.

You should never, ever use the word probability again. The last time you used it I showed conclusively you do not know what it means.
