Hi mindmeld; Re: "You think the funneling of this nations wealth to the top 1% has nothing to do with the Fed?";

The nation's wealthy are getting wealthier because stocks are high. Stocks are high because interest rates are high. This is something that's been going on for half a thousand years, long before the Fed got involved.

And it will end the same way it always has before. When interest rates go down, the value of stocks and bonds will go down and the wealth of the wealthy will decrease.

Same old same old. Fed has nothing to do with it. They pretend to have power but booms and busts have been going on for 500 years.

Re: "The plain fact of the matter is that QE and ZIRP is reverse robin hood. They are stealing from the 99% to give to the 1%. 0% interest rates also kills savers.";

It doesn't "kill" savers. It reduces the income collected by people who save money in cash form. These people could avoid this "kill" completely by simply putting their money somewhere else.

Hey! I just had a brilliant idea! If stocks are going up because of Fed manipulation why don't those savers buy stocks instead of putting their money in banks??? Guess they don't have the connections that rich people have. Last I saw Schwab only allowed you to start a stock account if you had $100 million or more.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! LOL!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
