Like having your policy cancelled when you start using it and being stonewalled if they will cover procedures. Thing of the past going forward. The first has been illegal since 1996, while the second is true now and going forward, as people are being forced to sign up for Obamacare policies before they can find out that they don't cover the doctors, hospitals, procedures or prescriptions they need.
