Given only the Florida champ pickers have a chance at getting 32 points if they win out, anyone who doesn't have them at all in their Final Four has a best case scenario of 32 points by virtue of their remaining two teams in the Final Four both winning and Florida losing. Nobody within 32 points has this possibility, hence, yes, J Conley cannot be beaten. It also means I am also locked into second place by a mere five points. In fact, everyone I checked in the Top 10 is all locked in. Jim Raynor picked Kentucky and Bob picked Wisconsin for the Final Four, but none have them winning another game.
