The Apple appeal issue is nothing but a red herring. No texas judge who wants to keep his/her job is going to reverse a jury decision. See stats and conclusion below. Nothing will come of the apple appeal so they should act now and finish (start?!?!) the Strategic Review before they get saddled with yet another humiliating court loss.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 11% chance of reversal on appeal - see page 1043 (pdf page 51 of 55) haynesboone.com Is the 89% chance of failure/loss going to cause another 10-20% market cap haircut? Conclusion: the apple appeal is a completely bogus reason to delay the Strategic Review.
