Alan, nice analysis. You may be being too hard on TFRY. They had it much tougher before when Kelly was told to go Chapter 11. He said that he didn't believe in "belly up" and was going to make TFRY a success. Time will tell if he can, but the condition of the company is much better than it was before. The lease money is good IMO. It forces TFRY to produce a machine before someone can hand them money. All in all, this is typical of startup "pennies" and if they have a product that the market wants they will succeed. Thanks for taking the time to dig through that stuff, everyone invested should.
