Yes Tarpon Springs is pretty unique. Honestly, it's a conservative (Greek) area, the guy who did it does crazy stuff all over the country, and my friends are retired, sold their houses, and are in a position to pay cash. So I think they'll really low ball it... see what happens. It's been on and off the market for at least a couple of years, and I don't think the guy that did the renovation never really lived there much.

Also... if they ever wanted to sell, in this market, you're not going to find a whole lot of people that want a high pop art renovated church. They thought about making it a B&B, zoning OK, but don't want to work that hard.
