Hi Marty, I don't believe Reg is fraudulant at all. They have been around too long and their stock has not been that volatile for insiders to benefit. I believe they are just way undercapitilized for the projects they are attempting. I have personally met management and I am sure they believe in the projects. To accomplish what they want in a shorter time period would take a lot bigger R & D department than they presently have. I'm suprised they have gone as long as they have with out going out for more capital. I guess it gets to a point that it is impossible to convince people to give you more capita so you make do with what you have. I agree with you on calling the IR Dept. After four years I have quite calling as I have pretty well memorized their response. All for now. Lets just hang in there together and hope the worst we have is a long term GOOD investment. JOHN
