ACA doesn't do much to control cost, and many of its provisions might in fact do the opposite. I think there is room for improvement. There will certainly be much more willingness to look for sources of improvement if the pot is hugely in deficit. Whether it is or not we can't say currently, because the answers to the questions I first asked aren't known yet, much less released to the public.

As a matter of fact, the final numbers aren't going to be known until after April 15, 2015, so that makes it even more interesting....
