A large portion of those that actually did sign up and paid are those who lost their healthcare policies due to Obama. That was done by design. The rest are just people who are near totally subsidized. How many young people who didn't intend to sign up for healthcare, did so when it was announced they wouldn't be penalized?

It is a huge sham, but liberals just want to make a show of things and pretend they work. Pretend is 90% of their lives.
