Kim: For your info- My knowledge of MTLC is sketchy, I've never talked directly with the cpy myself and regard my SMALL position in it as a bit of a spec. Basically betting on a settlement with Mexican Govt but we all know the legal system works at its own slow pace and can often astound us mortal non-lawyers with O.J. style decisions. A quick decision in our favor would likely result in a nice move for the stock. Without news, all we have is a cpy losing money on a consistent basis.
