This, of course, is just factually inaccurate.

Medicare Part D came in vastly under budget every year of its existence, due principally to two things:

a) The Donut Hole, which Obamacare did away with, and

b) The fact that Medicare D insurers could and DID negotiate for pricing. "Medicare negotiating" is a euphemism for price controls -- price controls which never in the history of the world have worked to solve any economic problem, and which consistently have CREATED major problems.

So, you are wrong on every point you made.

If you find "logical errors" in my thinking point them out like I do in yours. But don't act like Harry Reid and make a statement that is just flat out false. I'm willing to discuss these things with you if you can behave like an adult. You purport to be an intellectual yet you seem to have difficulty sustaining arguments on an intellectual level.

If you don't learn anything from me that is your problem. This is a subject I know a lot about. There are other subjects I know nothing about and I usually don't say much about those. But this one, I do know a lot about. Perhaps if you're not learning anything it is because what you might learn doesn't comport with your political views, I don't know. But it is there if you want it.
