You have to wonder where it might be if the Republicans hadn't done everything in their power to kill it.
This is the dumbest excuse I have ever seen.

ObamaCare was rammed through without any Republican support. That makes the entire bill the responsibility of the Democrats.

Now they complain that the Republicans don't want to make it work. Too bad, they made their own bed, they should go sleep in it.

Besides, who needs the Republicans when you have a president who is willing to use executive orders to get around every unpopular part of the bill?

Don't tell me that the oh-so-technically-challenged Republicans were responsible for sabotaging the web site, or that it's the Republicans' fault that Obama said, "If you like your plan, you can keep it."

And let's not forget about health care costs that continue to rise. Must be part of the Republican master plan, cause you know, ObamaCare was supposed to fix that.

Excuses, excuses.
