03-Apr-14 07:51 ET In Play Stratasys: Acquiring solid concepts, harvest, building large paid-parts platform - Needham (111.81 ) : Needham believes SSYS took a major step toward establishing itself as a leadership player in the 3D printing paid-parts business with its agreements to acquire Solid Concepts, one of the industry's largest independent service bureaus, and Harvest Technologies, a Texas-based provider of additive manufactured parts with heavy exposure to the aerospace market.
