Total OOP/yr went down a bit (I had high deductible, now have a bronze, the closest thing allowed), my old cap was 2M, now unlimited, and the low end got worse, I now pay for the 1'st visit while before the 1'st three/yr were free.

Since at 53yrs I still consume zero medical care/year other than a flu shot for $25, it was a poor value before, and worse value now.
