This is not Walmarts fault - if you go to another store the same Chinese made item is for sale - but at a higher price. Most if not all the brand name items sold at Walmart are American companies that choose to move their manufacturing off shore for financial reasons.

Even America's store "Sears" has moved most all of it's Craftsman tools to China.
