That is a non answer to the issue. Why do you feel you must dodge the issues?

Wisonsin has expanded medicaid and is serving the citizens by not jeopardizing the budget with so many unknowns as other irresponsible states have...it is much like the hi speed train fiascos that has harmed states with cost overruns because they moved ahead without proper analysis. The same holds true with Obamacare where irresponsible democrats pushed through an agenda without a clue what they were pushing...as Pelosi idiotically stated, we will have to see what is in it after we pass it. What a blunder...
