The competitive dynamic for the company's software has not changed, as it continues to maintain a large lead in SaaS HR management. They believe the company is tracking to beat current expectations for FY15; as such, we are raising our revenue targets for FY15 and FY16. Their thesis remains that Workday can deliver multiple years of solid growth; $150 tgt.

Additionally, improving business trends, promising new product cycles, and solid track record of execution lead us to remain constructive on CRM, WDAY and ELLI near term, and they would add to positions during market pullbacks.
