The DC Circuit Court is most likely about to rule that ObamaCare's federal subsidy in states without exchanges is invalid. That would make any subsidy payments illegal in 34 states. This should be the crippling blow ending ObamaCare. Republicans are most likely going to take control of the Senate in this next election cycle. With Obama standing against a united Republican Congress he will have a much tougher time destroying the nation. He may veto any efforts to fix or replace ObamaCare. The Republican controlled government taking over in 2017 will make removing the broken mess their first priority. Expect doctors to wait until November of 2016 to decide whether to retire prematurely en mass.
