With over 40,000 more votes than registered voters in Alan West's district in Florida the margin of victory of around 5,000 votes looks rather skinny. Vote fraud in Florida, North Carolina and Ohio were sufficient to overcome Governor Romney's actual lead in electoral votes in 2012.
