Most who pay taxes, don't even notice how they are paying in taxes because it's just simply deducted in accordance with their W-4. I've always suggested, if you want a real tax revolution, is to get rid of automatic withholding and require people to receive ALL their pay and THEN write a check to the State or Federal Government. Suddenly people won't pay and will be really angry, even though they are paying the same as before.
