I don't know whether the story is true or not. But it isn't outside the realm of possibility, and it ought to be. The rules surrounding admissions are complicated and I dealt with them personally at the time of my mother's death.

I have said since the law passed that people will die as a result of it. This guy, if he did, was not the first. And he won't be the last. The law will kill plenty of people before we get rid of it.
