Sliced bread or a change in the cultural milieu? Just continue to lower the country's standards gradually enough for a few generations while there was increasing working populations, then cheap frozen deep fried chicken pattties & the promise of the "golden arches" became the normal standard. What you get & what are the pics on the windows are two entirely different animals and that "sliced bread" is just puffed up with air. (like you !)

Not bread as I know it, but mass hypnosis, mass advertising & pretty, clever deceptive packaging can take care of that.
