PVCT chart is looking interesting. Eliminating the spike of Jan. and immediate effect just afterwards, looks like the stock has been under accumulation since August of 2013. It based around $1 for a while, and has recently come off of a base of a strong $2.00 base, and moving higher. This with decent volume. It appears it is under stealthy-like accumulation.
