They will have to limit what is available to the insured, the left's Elephant in the living room is the inability to make rules (not enough of them) limiting coverage (no organs after age X, limited life support after age Y (RwingNutz take note... this IS a death squad! LOL), limited expense on drugs for chronic problems, etc. DAK
