Just called the company 3 minutes ago and got alot of new info: Errst and Young(One of the accounting big 5 or 6) are looking over thier financial data right now and by mid/end of January they think a report should be coming out from them. They are going to be / or currently am going to be fully reporting. They said within afew weeks they are going to send out to shareholders a proforma statement detailing their financials/operations. They can not exactly say what their expected profit/loss will be but did say that the are currently burning $20,000 a month and have revenue so far of around 7 million a year. IMHO they might be able to come out with a profit of around 4 million/yr. Planning on a web site which will be serviced/marketed with Cisco. Up around 60 days or sooner. Mainly outsourcing manufactoring but own patent rights. Around 7.8 million shares outstanding(August 1998) 5 millin of the 7.8million not tradeable until August 1998(UCAN merger price for MADI) something about rule 144. New orders from various departments of government of Canada coming in(ex. defense, IRA, human resounces,....) now that the government approved them. Working on various other sales now that the one from Canada has gone though all other sales become much much easier. Currently market value of company under $ 4 million dollars. Will not stay this low for long. Call the Investor Relation Department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! John
