RESEARCH ALERT- Fluor raised in near-term NEW YORK, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Merrill Lynch on Friday said it raised its intermediate-term rating on shares of Fluor Corp to accumulate from neutral. -- Merrill also said it lowered its long-term rating on the shares to neutral from accumulate. Sounds like a "waffle", raising short term and lowering long term. I guess we should buy and short at the same time. Personally, I've sold puts (Jan 40). Steve
