That is definitely the reason for today's drop. Just mention the magic word "Korea", and a stock will plummet. Downgrades are usually worth a few points anyway. I would expect a bigger drop -- even Fannie Mae would go down at the moment if someone said that one of their housing loans was made out to someone of Korean descent. Too much hysteria at the moment.
