State income type loans advertised again after a long vacation. Getting around Dodd- Frank and QM. Wonder who will be the Countrywide of this cycle? Transunited, The Lending Answer, Quicken Loans, Wells Fargo? Packaging and bundling them again to dumb money chasing yield in a different fashion down the road. Is inevitable this ends badly once again if they keep interest rates this low for several more years IMHO..
