You are misunderstanding Skinner. He did not dismiss the human mind like you are trying to do. He was explaining one type of behavior of the human mind.

He was also a bit nuts and took it too far. I studied him extensively in college as my undergraduate degree
is in experimental psychology. Skinner is a primary person we studied.

Humans can easily rise above simple stimulus and response. We are not deer.

<<Everyone know Skinner and Pavlov are correct. They are a truisms in science.

Well, I'm glad to see we agree about that. Now, you think Skinner would agree with your comment here:

Koan: "We are not deer, we are humans who can think."

Then, you try to explain it away with "humans and animals are different" -- bullshit. BF Skinner would NEVER have supported that kind of explanation for basic animal behavior.

As I said, you ignore the science that doesn't conveniently fit your dogma. These are cold, hard facts. If you give shit to deer, they'll soon learn to take the handout instead of fending for themselves. If you give shit to people they do precisely the same thing. And Pavlov and Skinner would agree with me, NOT with you.
