Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is due 8 days from now. Probably would be worth waiting until then because Long Term Support releases have 3 years support for Desktop and 5 years for Server (standard releases are supported for "at least 9 months on the desktop and server").

Planning to migrate & rebuild at least one of my servers, that is how I know.
