<EPD has much more capital appreciation of late than KMP. I own them both and plan on keeping them both.>

I keep looking at MMP as a potential sell simply because it's up 150% since I bought 2-1/2 years ago, driving the yield down to 3.3%ish levels -- talk about low for an MLP... twice I have trimmed the position to either raise funds for a new position or add to an existing one and yet MMP is still one of my largest overall positions... it has outperformed every other MLP I own by a mile (though EPD's total returns have been excellent as well it is not even close to MMP's total return for me)... I am keeping/holding MMP simply because even at that meager yield (for an MLP), the divvy growth rate is still in the double digits and the share price seems to just keep going up -- I've decided to keep winners like MMP as long as the divvy growth rates remains high (and MMP's is growing faster and faster with a 1-yr DGR of 17%, 3-yr of 13% and 5-yr of 10.5%)... the only concern is the payout ratio is around 90%...
