GTRC- i will get info as i type this.. you are a musician, no doubt you have a liking of this outfit? i just looked at the chart there is NO resistance to this falling knife.. no offense pardner.. but i would not be buying HERE. i would give it time this company has to sink or swim.. and the trend has been down with no bumps in the way.. why? can ya tell me that? the $33 million they paid back to lenders may have been better used to grow the company.. i {in this quick look} do not have the debt covenants in front of me to look at still looks like a technically high p/e for a new ipo in a non tech sector.. i would look to buy @ ipo price of $15- and check short interest to set up the buy signal. any edgar files you have eg trust indentures that spill out the terms of the bonds will be appreciated..
