Elliot & Bill:
Stocks do not rise or fall in a vacuum. They do so within a specific CONTEXT. IMHO you should not be concerned or even disappointed with the recent price action of AIRM for the following reasons.
1) The general market, especially the micro caps, have been doing poorly lately due to a variety of factors: Asian turmoil, December (usually small stocks decline in Dec. than rise in January: "January Effect."
2. The fundamentals including the future prospects of AIRM have never looked better. I doubt very much that the Brous Report or earnings projections had or will have much effect on AIRM. For one thing hardly anyone knows of the Brous Co.
3.By focusing so much on why the stock is in the 3's without taking into account general market conditions, etc. you lose perspective.
4. AIRM based on fundamentals is very much undervalued but in order for it to be adequately valued market conditions have to change for the better, adequate PR has to be done by a fine IR firm and, of course, the company has to continue to increase sales/earnings via renewing of contracts, new ones, joint ventures, etc., etc.
5. Consider also, if all stocks were adequately valued there would be no bargains in the market; the company's current and future prospects would be FULLY discounted. Those who do well are tose who could see the future as it is developing. |
