Steve allow me to give you my views: Does God exist? I don't know, you don't know, no one knows because no one can PROVE that God exists. Does God not exist? I don't know, you don't know, no one knows because no one can PROVE that God does not exist. Is there an "after life"? I don't know, you don't know, no one knows because no one can PROVE there is an "after life". Human beings have been creating gods since the dawn of time. Christianity is simply the latest god in a long series of gods that man has created over thousands of years primarily to answer questions that have no answers. The bible asserts that it has the answers but the bible was written by men who thought the sun revolved around the earth and is therefore not a reliable source of information as to how the universe was created. The men who wrote the bible wrote what they wanted to believe not necessarily what was factual at the time. The bible tries to justify itself by saying the writers were "inspired by the word of God". Again it is men who said they were inspired. Anyone can say that, even Ayn Rand. Now you know where I am coming from Steve. Jim
