I just don't get how they can ignore so many facts?

I could post stuff that shows FDR, social security and the New Deal pulled millions out of poverty, but they just brush it off.

I am old enough to have parents and grand parents that lived through the Great Depression and they told me how horrible it was and what a life saver FDR and Eleanor Roosevelt were.

My mother worshiped those two as she was raised in poverty. She especially loved the fact that when the Daughters of the American Revolution refused to let Marian Anderson (black lady) sing, Eleanor Roosevelt told them to fuck off.

FDR and Eleanor fought for the poor with every fiber in their body and the people loved them. Elected him four times. FDR with his fireside chats and Eleanor in the streets helping the poor.

FDR told his special assistant Henry Hobson I think, the first day: "go out and find out what the people need, today!" He created 8 million jobs in 6 months. Those jobs saved so many people. Built the Hoover dam.
