Agree with TA indicators under accumulation. IMHO selling pressure could be a combination of S-3 insider sales and increased short interest playing into Market volatility bringing INDV's price down to where TA indicators kicked in. Manipulation? - not really...with pending merger, could be getting corporate officers in at bargain prices....
