It's not his ranch. It's federal land managed by the BLM. Bundy just says its not really federal land, just cuz he says so, and hasn't paid grazing fees in 20 years. A federal court has twice ordered him to get his cows off that range. If he had any rights to those lands like he alleges he would have produced it and not had a federal judge twice give summary judgment to the federal government on the issue.
