The idea of licensing QDEK software to an OEM was dicussed with the CFO He was would like the to do it but there are two problems. 1. OEM's decide what software to bundle in Febauary, or some time early in the production year. So they have 2 months to get a contract. I believe the time is close and QDEK is not ready. 2. Don't have a sales staff to pursue OEM side of business. The CFO joking asked in any of us in the group knew anyone with sales experience dealing with OEMs. Also the idea of being taken was mentioned to the CEO, A comapny afew years was rumored to want to QDEK. HE was asked about it and then asked is anyone from a certain software approached with an offer to buy and he said they weren't. Amybe when QDEK starts to turnaround. The Co's future is with marketing. Tell your friend to use the software. Evan
