Some gullible armchair quarterbacks likely were misled. You are being too kind to DeWitt. I don't think he was "misled," I think he's completely aware of the misinformation he's reporting. "When Strategy Analytics was telling the world that Samsung sold 2 million Galaxy Tabs in six weeks, the truth was that it took Samsung all of 2011 to sell half that many. See attached graphic." The graphic in question shows Samsung's tablet shipments in the US in 2011. How does that contradict what Samsung claimed to have shipped globally in 2010? This is not an apples-to-apples comparison.
