Paul, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I needed to here what you said. I share your feelings regarding the long term outlook for Franklin and therefore should take RB's advice and turn my computer off and return in the Spring. There is much to feel good about, although when we read all that is happening with other companies debuting telephony products and aligning with major companies, it is that much harder to wait for Frank's announcement of "large carrier" contracts. Also, what happened the Chief Editor of Computer Telephony Magazine and his planned review of the best DVGs on the market (including the Tempest)? Has anyone seen the December issue? I know the Tempest is good, I just want the world to know it also. Patiently waiting for that great day. Bill Ward
