This is so "Hitler in Europe, 1939." Scares me because Obama is so weak that Putin thinks he can get away with taking the Ukraine. If he does, Obama may overreact. Scary. I would not have wanted McCain in charge, either. The closest parallel is to the Anschluss. 1938. After all, "left bank" (looking south from Moscow) Ukraine has been Russian since Peter the Great.
